Warsaw Sightseeing

For volunteers who would like to stay longer in beautiful Warsaw
we offer sightseeing of the Old Town.

Application can be made during registration.
Participation in sightseeing is an additional cost: 10 € per person
Applications and payments will be accepted until 31st May 2016.

Tour schedule

Start: 10:00 AM
Meeting point: Castle Square, a column of Sigismund III Vasa.

Walk through the Old Town: the Royal Castle (without a tour of the interior), Castle Square, Sigismund´s Column, St. John´s Archcathedral, The mermaid in the centre of Warsaw´s Old Town, the Barbican and City Walls, the Birth House of Maria Sklodowska-Curie, Multimedia Fountain Park, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - along the way: the Presidential Palace, Warsaw University, The Church of the Holy Cross, benches of Chopin, The Nicolaus Copernicus Monument in Warsaw.

The end of sightseeing: 13:00

There´s also a possibility to organize for volunteers a optional trip to Żelazowa Wola (additional charge). Żelazowa Wola is the birthplace of pianist and composer Fryderyk Chopin and of violinist Henryk Szeryng.
