The First International Conference "Advances in Clinical Neuroimmunology" took place in December 2007 in Poznan, gathering over 250 participants from USA, South America, Europe and Asia. Distinguished speakers form 12 countries had extremely interesting lectures devoted to clinical neuroimmunology. We had an honour, Prof. Johan Aarli the president of the World Federation of Neurology who had an opening lecture, to be our guest.

The Second International Conference "Advances in Clinical Neuroimmunology" took place in June 2010 in Gdansk, gathering - once again - over 200 participants from all over the world and was found to be a significant scientifical event. The Special Guest of the Conference was Prof. Henry F. McFarland, M.D. (USA) - Scientist at NIH.
The lectures-based papers were published in a special issue of The Journal of Neuroimmunology 2011, vol. 231, 1-2, 1-110.
